History

We, Ralf and Ira, bought this holiday home in 2016 out of emotion and according to the song of the German singer Peter Fox "Haus am See". It was extensively renovated over many years. Our ambition was to renovate the flats from the ground up in a high-quality and spacious way.

In the basement there is a beautiful boat counter where guests can meet. Drinks can be taken from a fridge. From the counter you have a sensational view over the lake.

The name is based on the idea of our father and father-in-law Hermann Sauerland, who dreamed of enjoying a glass of Riesling on the sunny terrace without a care in the world during the extensive renovation phase. He simply turned the address "Am See 10" into "10 am See" because exactly up to 10 friends and/or family members can also spend a wonderful time in the lake flats. Unfortunately, he was not able to witness the completion, but we continue to live his dream...
